"NO PARKING" (SNOW BAN) IN EFFECT

In order to facilitate the cleaning of village streets and to expedite the free flow of vehicular traffic, motor vehicles shall not be parked on the streets at such times as the weather bureau records indicate that (2) inches of snow have fallen and there is a prospect of a further snowfall.  It is the responsibility of the owner/operator of the vehicle to remove the vehicle from the street.  The Village of Mogadore shall make every effort to inform the public of this "No Parking" (SnowBan).  The owner/operator of the vehicles parked on village streets shall have full responsibility in determining existing weather conditions and to remove parked vehicles.  The Chief of Police can order the removal of all vehicles parked on village streets that have not been removed by the owner/operator.  Such vehicles shall be removed to a vehicle impound at the owner/operator's expense.
